Hot Springs Village Golf Course Conditions - If you're seriously considering it as a retirement place i'd start the search there. Until i play another course this bad, it is truly the worst course in the basin!! Played mountain course on thursday, great course, but is tough without gps, hard to know where all the hazards are. We were all fairly impressed with mission hills player course for the rate, only $135. I'll be headed back to the valley in november. It is at one of those “just blow it up” states! I believe there is a mix of public/private courses in the hot springs village area. Roads, cart paths, greens, bunkers, fairways, rough, tee boxes are all just broken, destroyed or worse!
